Dr. 'Sanmi Adeniran
Founder/ Executive Director
Dr. Sanmi Adeniran is a distinguished Engineering Leader with nearly two decades of experience across oil & gas, energy, industrials, and finance. His work spanned multi-billion-dollar projects for industry leaders, including Siemens Energy, Schaeffler AG, and Oceanic Bank, positioning him uniquely to advance engineering developments. His credentials include a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Texas Tech University, USA, an MS in Materials Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, USA, and a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. He holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), amongst others.
Dr. 'Deji Aremu

Dr. Deji Aremu is a distinguished engineer with extensive expertise in global partnership development and international collaboration. He brings a unique combination of technical excellence and proven ability to manage transformational engineering projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. Dr. Aremu's exceptional credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, UK, M.Sc. in Manufacturing from the University of Warwick, UK, and a B.Sc. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University
'Wole Okewole
Director, Project Management
Wole Okewole is a results-driven Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in projects and operations control across energy, industrial, and development environments. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Agriculture & Environmental Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Ibadan, respectively, a Mini-MBA in Business Growth, Innovation, and Execution from Tekedia Institute, and a PRINCE2 Certificate in Project Management, with sustained records of managing multi-location and multi-disciplinary engineering projects
